Ingredients
  • 340 g Firm Tofu
  • 1 tsp ground flax seeds ((mixed with 2 tsp of water))
  • 1/3 cup Mint (About a handful)
  • 1/3 cup Parsley (About a handful)
  • 2 Green or spring onions
  • 1/2 tsp Red chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste mixture
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin
  • 1/4 tsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Whole wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions

    In a mixing bowl, combine crumbled tofu, soaked ground flax seeds, chopped mint, parsley, spring onions, red chili flakes, tomato paste mixture, cumin, paprika, salt, and whole wheat flour. Mix until well blended.

    Take walnut-sized portions of the mixture and shape them by firmly pressing and rolling between your palms. Aim for a slightly elongated shape.

    Preheat your air fryer to 355°F/180°C. Place the shaped kofte in the air fryer basket and lightly coat the tops with olive oil spray.

    Air fry the tofu kofte for approximately 15-18 minutes or until they develop a golden, crispy exterior.
