Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup Pistachios (shelled)
  • 8 Frozen bananas
  • 1/2 cup Coconut cream
  • 2 Tbsp Maple syrup
Instructions

    Prepare the Pistachio Crumb

    Put the pistachios into a high powered blender and blend to form a fine crumb. Scoop out 2 tablespoons and keep aside to sprinkle on top.

    Blend the Nice Cream Base

    Add the bananas, coconut cream and maple syrup to the blender and blend on high until it is completely smooth. If you need to blend less bananas at a time for your blender that is fine.

    Freeze the Nice Cream

    Pour the mixture into a loaf pan and top with the pistachios. Then cover and freeze.

    Serve the Nice Cream

    Take the nice cream out of the freezer 30 minutes before you want to serve it.
